Toufen Plant

Just over twelve years ago, our church planting team in the town of Toufen (population 90,000) helped birth the Toufen Christian Home Fellowship. Based on the cell group strategy, this Hakka church meets weekly in the homes of the local believers for worship, prayer, Bible study, and fellowship. (There are presently about 70 locals who comprise the six adult cells and one youth cell of the Toufen fellowship.) In addition, all the cell members gather together once a month in a local Junior High School for a special Celebration time of worship, teaching, and lots and lots of good Hakka food.

Having raised and released most of this young church's leadership into local hands, our missionary team has moved on to other Hakka fields in Miaoli County. (See The Vision)  Gregg and Eva Dennington
